We have a new item up in the book section of EverythingYoga.com. It’s the only one of its kind up on our site at this time as well. It’s called Yoga at The Wall by Nancy McCaochan. Nancy began her career as a writer and has since become a yogi, she has combined her two loves to instruct how using a wall in yoga increases opening and awareness. Check it out!

We had a great time speaking with everyone at the Yoga Journal Conference this past weekend. I hope everyone made it home safely and without any turbulence. Burton and myself are happy to be back in our space and sleeping in our own beds again. I hope to see all your kind faces at the next Yoga event we attend!
