Our crescent meditation cushion is designed to support the thighs while easing pressure on the knees and hips. As one sits, the heart region opens easily and gracefully. Constructed of medium weight cotton canvas and stitched with nylon thread for strength, this cushion is filled with buckwheat hulls, an alternative natural material. Buckwheat hulls are lightweight, very maleable and conform easily to a comfortable sitting position. The hulls themselves allow the cushion to breathe, and so can minimize absorption of odors. Crescents filled with buckwheat hulls stand at about 4 inches high.
