Living an active lifestyle since the age of 3, with his fathers encouragement, first with baseball then starting a daily weight lifting program at 14, Steven has been a personal trainer since the mid 90's then found yoga at 35 and added that to his resume. Instantly taking 2 to 3 hot yoga classes a day, Steven became certified at the 500 hour level and then taking numberous other training courses in vinyasa and power yoga, and now has his own modernized no nonsense style of hot vinyasa/power yoga.
